Besides natural spectacles, archaeological sites and history, Veracruz is known for its wide gastronomy. On this tour, we invite you to know the traditional dishes of Veracruz Boca del Rio.
We start at the port of Veracruz with a jarochos daily food nourishment; the “volovanes”; they are as a result of the French influence delighting with their different presentations.
We will taste and know the origin of the Cafe Lechero's clinking, accompanied of its undoubtedly “canilla” and we will refresh ourselves with an ice cream "güero, güera" at the Malecon.
For lunch, besides its seafood, Boca del Rio offers natural landscapes, traveling by boat, the Jamapa River, invites us to observe mangroves, shelter of crabs, crabs, snails, oysters, etc. In the restaurants located next to the river, we will taste typical dishes such as stuffed filet seafood, which is registered in the Guinness Book of World Records, among other delicacies of the region.
We end the tour with a “torito”, typical drink of the Sotavento area with different flavors.
